What is Praxora?

Praxora is more than a deck of traditional "Oracle" cards; it's a journey into the realms of science, wisdom, and personal growth.

Praxora original deck user guide

The main Praxora deck (or Praxora : Prime) was created to honor the new shift emerging in both science and spirituality... that there is something ineffable being missed when we don't factor in our connection to mind, spirit and universe... that in order to know the universe or ourselves, we must acknowledge that our lives are at the whim of chance, but we are also connected to something larger. In scientific terms, the universe is a lot weirder than we thought. And in spiritual terms, our experience of self and the universe is actually knowable (at least somewhat). But in either school of thought, we'll have to embrace the fact that there is a lot more for us to learn and open up to.

When you pull a card, (or visit your daily inspiration), you will get one random card. This card has symbols. For Daily inspiration, these random numbers and any information about the card you pulled will be used in building your daily reading. Get to know the symbols below:

  • Card suit - There are 5 card suits:
    • Primal Essences Primal Essences
    • Foundations Foundations
    • Disciplines Disciplines
    • Resources Resources
    • Perspectives Perspectives
  • Card element - Each card has a representative element:
    • Earth
    • Air
    • Fire
    • Water
    • (Some special cards may also have the Spirit Element)
  • Number in suit - This is the card number within the suit (for instance: "#9 of Elements")
  • Number in deck - This is the overall number of the card in the entire deck
  • Random roll - A random dice roll from 1-20

New Decks!

With the addition of new decks for Praxora, we're using some similar conventions for the card suits, but each deck will have unique components and suits. For the Elements deck, there are many more suit names that describe some characteristics of the elements. For the Animals deck, there is an element representing each card (as with the Prime deck), but there are new icons to represent the suits:

  • "Animals" card suits - There are 6 suits in the Animals deck:
    • Dexterity Dexterity
    • Strength Strength
    • Wisdom Wisdom
    • Constitution Constitution
    • Charisma Charisma
    • Spirit Spirit

The Oracle

Our AI system is known as The Oracle. It can take many data points and all the information about you that you provide to find patterns in this data. It compares it with celestial information or relevant scientific information and correlates it to the cards you draw. We also have card "spreads", which let you pick different numbers of cards and set relevant themes for each card. Then the oracle will tell you what the information on these cards reveals by using our sophisticated and proprietary engine. The Oracle is built to use old techniques of tarot reading to collate any relevant data and apply it to the cards you draw. The Oracle is in beta and is being added to currently with new databases and deeper stores of information that let it give even more profound and inspiring readings. Try it out!

First click a spread you want to do. A standard fortune is from just one card ("1 card draw") but if you choose "3 Card" or "5 Card", the card will flip and you can enter words for each card. For example: You can enter "Myself" for card 1, "Mom" for card 2, and "Sister" for card 3 and the Oracle will attach these associations to the cards then tell you the patterns and information it sees for you. Or you could say "Past", "Present", and "Future" for the cards and it will look at them another way.

For each spread type, Single, 3 Card, and 5 Card... you can get only 1 fortune per day. If you want to see these fortunes again, you can go back to your most recent fortunes by going to your account () and clicking on one of the dates of fortunes under "View Last Fortunes".
